It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the creators, studios, publishers, or rights holders of any anime, manga, game, or franchise whose characters appear here. All character names, designs, and related IP belong to their respective owners.
We don't own any of the characters shown. The power levels, rankings, and boosts are a fan community activity, for fun and culture, and are not official to any franchise. No character depiction here is a claim of ownership or endorsement.

A boost adds power to a character and, if you add a handle, recognition for it. A nomination adds a character to the board after moderator approval. Neither buys ownership, shares, or any claim on the site or its characters.
Power levels are fan-decided and change constantly. We do not guarantee that any character stays on top, reaches any rank or tier, or that a boost produces a specific outcome. The board is built by the community and no purchase promises a position or result.
Every purchase on over9000.lol is final. This includes boosts and nominations. There is no refund if a nominated character is removed by a moderator for breaking the rules. Sales are digital, instant, and non-reversible.
No illegal material, malware, phishing, adult content, hate speech, harassment, spam, chat-invite links, or URL shorteners. We review every nomination and can remove anything that breaks these rules.
We can remove or disable a character that breaks the content policy or that a rights holder proves is theirs. This does not refund the purchase. We moderate to keep the board fun and safe.
By using over9000.lol, voting, boosting, or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may update the site or these terms over time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, over9000.lol and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the boost or nomination that gave rise to it. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms.
We store the identity you choose to provide (name, platform, handle) and basic engagement stats. Public pages show only the handle you pick — never your email or card number. Payments run through Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
We use Datafa.st for privacy-first analytics to see how the board is used. We also use a short-lived cookie to manage the free-vote cooldown. Nothing on the site stops working if you block analytics cookies.
